All our goods are sold "as is" for bulk botanical ingredients/material and do not come with any claims or directions. REFUND POLICY

If there are any issues with your order upon arrival (e.g bag ripped, any other issues) please contact us: contact@kratomoa.com and we will provide you with a shipping label to return the item, and we will refund it (including ship-back cost) or replace it for you upon arrival. We will always do our best to give you the best experience possible!
