You must be 18 years or older to access, visit, or order from Kratomoa.com

What payments do you acccept?

We currently accept cash-on-delivery (pay at the post office), e-transfer (within Canada), and Paypal. We can also accomodate Bitcoin via email order. 

What is Kratom for?

Kratom is strictly for research and aromatherapy use, it is not intended for human consumption in any form. 

Where can you ship?

We can only ship Kratom where it is completely legal and allowed for sale. Check with your local laws and policies before ordering. In the U.S, we cannot ship to the following states: 

• Alabama
• Arkansas
• Indiana
• Rhode Island
• Vermont
• Wisconsin

Internationally, we cannot ship to: 

Australia, Cook Islands, Denmark, Finland, French Southern Territories, Heard & McDonald Islands, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Myanmar (Burma), New Zealand, Poland, Romania, Singapore, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, South Korea, Sweden, Vietnam

 Refund Policy?

If there are any issues with your order upon arrival (e.g bag ripped, any other issues) please contact us: contact@kratomoa.com and we will provide you with a shipping label to return the item, and we will refund it (including ship-back cost) or replace it for you upon arrival. We will always do our best to give you the best experience possible!
